NSW Manufacturing Week
NSW Manufacturing Week aims to inspire and encourage manufacturers to be innovative and to develop their ideas. It offers a wide range of workshops, seminars and site visits designed to inform small to medium enterprises of the latest ideas to grow and evolve their businesses.
Events will be held in Sydney, Western Sydney, Central West NSW, the Hunter, the Mid North-Coast, the Riverina and South-East NSW.
The Program: NSW Manufacturing Week 2010highlights best practice techniques, strategies and case studies. It will identify and discuss some of the major opportunities available to manufacturers from:
• marketing and communications
• logistics and supply chains
• human resources and upgrading skills; and
• sustainability and innovation.
Topics presented by industry experts during NSW Manufacturing Week include:

Site visits: Site visits are an opportunity for you to inspect some of the more interesting businesses contributing to the manufacturing sector in your region, examine how they become successful, and to identify potential strategic alliances.

Young Entrepreneur Round Table Series
Are you a business owner under 35? To come and share your ideas about starting and running a business there is a Newcastle/Hunter event for you on April 12. The half day Round Tables being held across NSW will be a forum for enthusiastic young business owners to share ideas and issues about setting up and running a business in NSW.
The MC will be Jack Delosa, recognised as one of the top young Entrepreneurs in Australia at 'Anthills 30 under 30' Awards.

I've been looking around newcastle.youronlinecommunity.com.au and actually am impressed by the good content here. I work the nightshift at my job and it is so boring. I've been coming right here for the past couple nights and reading. I simply needed to let you know that I've been enjoying what I've seen and I look ahead to reading more.
