A direct-digital manufacturing event - the first of its kind in Australia - will be held at CSIRO Lindfield on Thursday 24 June 2010. 

Presenters include two renowned international guests, Terry Wohlers from the US and Stefan Ritt from MTT Technologies Germany, as well as Dr Mahnaz Jahedi from CSIRO and Bill Bardsley from Frontline.

It will explore how Australian companies can capitalise on the next industrial revolution.  Technologies like selective laser melting and cold spray could be applied to custom consumer products, aerospace, telecommunications, medical, defence, electronics, automotive, dentistry, arts and entertainment.
